Located in Fayette County, just south of Highway 64 off of Canadaville Loop, Woodsedge is quietly peaceful and is the perfect setting for your family's forever home.
Woodsedge is an HOA community. HOA directors and members work to build a community, not just a neighborhood. The HOA takes the lead in encouraging residents to keep their properties neat and clean, while also organizing and hosting yearly events focused on bringing our community together. Please note: While HOA membership is voluntary, the entire Woodsedge subdivision is covered by covenants, conditions and restrictions (CC&Rs); these apply to members and non-members alike. Copies of the CC&Rs for each phase can be found under Our Community near the top of this page.
